Rolling, not dragging
Just getting to and from your final destination can be frustrating enough. Your luggage shouldn't add to that stress. Four spinner wheels let the case move through a full 360 degrees, so it can be rolled beside you with no need to drag it behind you.
Handles that make it easy
The retractable handle makes it easy to control the case, and with height adjustment there's no need to strain your back. Top and side grip handles make it easy to load and unload.
Delivery and what it costs
Standard delivery is free on orders of €100 or more, which covers every order for the case. Express Delivery is a paid upgrade for €25. Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and then take 5 to 7 days, so allow about a week. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel ships.
If you change your mind
You have 15 days from delivery to tell us you want to return the case, one more than the 14 days Irish law gives you. Send it back unused, in its original condition, and we refund the price and the standard delivery charge. You pay the return postage when you change your mind, and nothing is charged for handling.
Your rights if something is wrong
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 apply to every order: the case must match its description, be fit for its purpose and be of the quality you can reasonably expect. A faulty, damaged or wrongly described case is put right at our cost.
